It is located in Bunyan District, Karatay Neighborhood. It was built in 1241. Karatay Inn consists of a covered shelter, a courtyard and service spaces to the south of it. The outer walls of the caravanserai, which almost looks like a small castle, were built quite high. The caravanserai was repaired between 1958-1962. The bath in the inn is fed from the same water source as the village, and most of the water canal has survived to the present day.
