"It is located in Melikgazi District, Cumhuriyet District, Kiçikapı Square. The building, which does not have an inscription on when and by whom the church was built, is thought to have been built in this century due to the triangular pediment arrangements that were very common in the 19th century. The building has a basilical plan with three naves in the east-west direction. Additions and repairs were made between 1838 and 1875, and restoration works were carried out by the Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality in 2016-2020, and it was transformed into the City Library and gained its current status.
